August 3rd, I will take this travel blog on the road to test my gear. I’ll need to stay online and conduct my regular days business while sight-seeing and touring the country with my wife and son. We will be hitting the road Friday morning, August 3 for a ‘maybe’ one week trip (maybe 2 weeks) through Wisconsin, into Minnesota, South Dakota, then it gets weird… Yellowstone in Wyoming is a definite, then either several points in Colorado, Glacier Park in northern Montana, or both… or none. We’ll figure it out when we get there!
I’ll take some time to spend with my uncle Dan in South Dakota south of Rapid City, SD. It is a “mildly radioactive town littered with rattlesnakes”, as my uncle puts it. But first, I’ll need to stop off in Wall, SD for FREE ICE WATER in the middle of a desert! It’s one of those Road Trippin’ traditions when I pass through there… like so many others!
